I experienced an excellent buffet with a good selection of hot and cold dishes, fresh fruit salads, cheeses, breads, and smoked fish. The pastries were first class, and each bite was a true indulgence. The cheerful and helpful staff added so much warmth to my stay!

My single room with a balcony, view on the Grison Arosa mountains, for instance was airy. The price was £ 205. The staff were efficient and excellent and the location was stunning in the mountains. Incredible and great breakfast and other services were terrific!

The excellent buffet featured good hot and cold dishes, including fresh fruit salads, cheeses, and excellent pastries. A highlight was the Piz Kulm cheese fondue experience, a unique culinary delight with a great view. The superior double room was a bit cramped, and noise from nearby rooms could be unsettling at times. The ski slopes, although less crowded, needed better signage for navigation given the expansive area.

Fantastic Hotel, especially the Staff is amazing, been to many hotels but never meet this total feeling of service and good mood, spa is fantastic. Only little minus is that the rooms are average standard, but all with great view, but every other detail of this Hotel is top. The restaurant on themside of the hotel is very very Good.

Everything there was nice and the staff were exceptionally well trained and professional. The service here was great. The hotel was in a peaceful and perfect location close to a valley and a ski slope.

Awesome place with great amenities like free shuttle service, ski storage, and an amazing spa. On my first stay, the staff helped me print my boarding pass. I highly recommend trying the Piz Kulm cheese fondue! I'm coming back for Easter.

Guests can enjoy appetising food and experience efficient and excellent service from the staff. the hotel is set in a fantastic and stunning location, conveniently situated near restaurants, bus stops, ski slopes, ski school, and rental services.

The breakfast offered a fantastic variety of options that catered to everyone's tastes. The rooms were modern and spacious, providing beautiful views of the stunning Grison Arosa mountains. Having a balcony added to the experience, and there were plenty of restaurant choices to enjoy. The staff were truly excellent, enhancing our stay.

Just a perfect match for a quick stop in Arosa with great value. The staff brought our luggage straight to the room, making our arrival super easy. Consider arriving early to enjoy the spa before check-in.

The food is fantastic, and the service is marvellous, complemented by an astonishing view of the mountains. the staff is exceptionally well-trained and extremely helpful to all guests. the double room features a minibar, central heating, and a work desk for added convenience. Each day starts excellently with fresh bread and fruit. This hotel is fantastic, located in a peaceful area that's just a short distance from the Arosa center, and it's close to the ski slopes and bus stops off the Swiss Alps. it's an exceptional experience! 😊.

Located in an amazing snowy place, perfect for Christmas holidays. The SPA is great, with a long pool and jacuzzi, it was perfect to relax after skiing. Excellent selection of restaurants, with Italian and Thai nights that were outstanding. The staff was friendly and attentive.

Prices are very high, much as expected in Switzerland. Some restaurants were only open on specific days, which made it hard to choose a place to eat.

The breakfast is nice, and the views from my room are great, plus it's convenient to be within a 15-minute walk of Tschuggen West.

Perfect location, excellent staff, top-class service, beautiful spa, tasteful design.
